Senior Systems Test Engineer

You will work directly with the Software Engineering Department and the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Managers (PMAs) at our facility located at PAX River, MD. Your expertise will contribute to the research, design, and development of advanced computer and network software, and specialized utility programs.

Clearance Requirement: A Secret Clearance is mandatory for this position. Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified materials. U.S. Citizenship is necessary to obtain a clearance.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required for DoD clearance eligibility.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, specifically testing DoD aircraft, weapon, mission, or support systems.

Key Responsibilities: As a Systems Test Engineer, you will:

• Develop and implement test engineering processes including test plans, procedures, execution, and reporting for DoD systems as part of a cohesive government team.

Education: A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline is essential.

Compensation: At SimVentions, we believe in recognizing talent and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $162,000 annually, reflective of the comprehensive compensation package we offer, which may vary based on individual qualifications and other factors.
